1. Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Sale items or items purchased under special discounts are not eligible for return.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Provide your Order ID, item details, and the reason for return.
Our team will arrange a pickup (if serviceable) or guide you on how to ship the item back.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account or store wallet.
4. Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are allowed for eligible products (subject to stock availability).
If the desired size is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery (as per the return policy).
